6 Round Table community agreement

As a member of The Round Table, I agree to:

Respect every member regardless of their background or circumstances.
Maintain confidentiality and not share another member's personal story outside the group without their permission.
Listen without judgement and allow others to express themselves freely.
Refrain from discrimination, bullying, harassment, threats or abusive language.
Respect different opinions, experiences and personal boundaries.
Understand that The Round Table is a peer-support and community space and does not replace professional medical or psychological care where such care is needed.
Seek appropriate professional or emergency support when a situation requires immediate or specialised assistance.
